So I'm a Pi Phi legacy but I know a lot of KDs because I'm from Charlotte like a lot of them. Will that hurt my chances that I'm a leg?

It won't hurt you unless you let it hurt you. If you do decide to disclose that you're a Pi Phi legacy, make sure you let other houses know that despite your legacy status, you're interested in keeping an open mind.
