They shouldn't be allowed to COB and pick up other girls because they lost girls due to this issue. They should just have to deal with a smaller pledge class.

I doubt that they will lose their charter over this. They have one of the biggest chapters in the country, and Chi O would lose a TON of money if they took away their charter. Not to mention, Chi O is one of the strongest sororities on a national level, so it wouldn't seem logical for Nationals to take Chi O off of Alabamas campus given that we have the biggest Greek system in the country.

I feel bad for their new pledges. They will at a minimum be on social probation. I'm sure they are questioning what type of house they chose. So many mistakes and such bad judgment.
