Are Snap bids options?

What the title says. Does tri delta or kappa delta give snap bids?

LOL Top houses don’t need to do snap bids or COB. They meet quota at rush each year.

A snap bid is not an 'option' or a strategy for any pnm. A snap only goes to a pnm who went through rush almost all the way but didn't get a bid, for whatever reason. A sorority only snap bids if they don't match to quota after pref, which is something they want to avoid at all costs. Strong recruiters like KD, DDD, and the others like ADG, AXO, XO, KKG, PM, ZTA, will occasionally have to snap bid when the RFM numbers they have been assigned are off. But in that case it is only by a very few and they would never offer a snap to any pnm they released before round 3, or even pref. So...nope, sorry, a snap bids isn't your backdoor to a bid.

Has it happened before ….yes, is it common …no

These days traditionally high return houses are better at figuring out who will pledge and not pledge so it’s even less common than the past.
