What 2 houses did you pref?

I have friends in both of those house and they are both great girls who love their sisters and had great experiences… which is a different experience than what I had in my OR house. Definitely agree PNM’s need to not listen to rankings and other “noises” when going through recruitment. I went where my hometown friends went and it is high school part 2.

Went in as prepped as I could be as someone way out of region. Was prepared to not have a full schedule philanthropy (this is normal if it happens - LOTS of people I met didn’t). Got 9 houses out of 12 slots. Was bummed to get released by 2 houses where I was a legacy, but know that doesn’t guarantee anything. 3rd legacy house kept me.
Sisterhood - released my least favorite 2 houses. Still had my 3rd legacy house.
Pref - kept my 2 favorite houses from sisterhood, but there were 4 I would have been really happy to see on my schedule. Did not go to my third legacy house. I liked it, but felt more comfortable at other houses. Went to Pi Phi and AOII.

A lot of people I know paired with what would seem mismatched. If houses think someone is going something else they sometimes cut you. In the end you should pledge where you feel connected and not base it on anyone else’s opinion.
