A girl everyone knows or wants to know. That means usually local to the south, but not necessarily. She is a combination of class, academic excellence, leadership quality, financial security, and physical appeal. She is attractive on all levels-it doesn’t mean she has the most. She is on every houses radar and falls somewhere in their top 300. Once they meet her, she is top 100. She leaves a positive, lasting, and desired impression. She will benefit your house and, especially, her PC.

Typically it’s someone who has looks, grades, lots of campus contacts, strong activities, no ties to other houses and is very personable.

It’s hard to define. Someone who has sibling contacts in a top house could be “top” but they will still get cut by a lot of top houses because they won’t waste a spot for someone they don’t think will pledge them.
