PM, XO, AXO – Well-rounded houses with beautiful, involved girls and strong GPAs.
KKG, KD, DDD – KKG and KD do very well within their niche (they want rich in-state girls, and rich in-state girls want them back). DDD is more of a mix of girls who could also fit into other top houses. They don’t have as strong of a “brand” on campus but it’s still a great house.
ZTA – I know some people would rank them below AGD because they’re new row but let’s be fr, there’s no way the average PNM would choose AGD over ZTA. All the pretty girls want them, and they have a strong enough reputation to be selective and prioritize girls with higher GPAs and better reputations than other new row houses.
AGD – Still a great house, but very GPA and religion-focused, so they mainly appeal to a specific demographic of girls.
PBP – Nothing bad to say about them; they’re just not as popular as zta. Cute, well-rounded girls, strong sisterhood, highest GPA among new row houses.
ADPi – Very similar vibe to Pi Phi. Imo I feel like a lot of girls pref PBP and ADPi, and then ADPi gets the girls pbp passed on. Still a good house with plenty of well-rounded girls.
GPhi, APhi – Hot girls with somewhat risky reputations. Imo GPhi’s sisterhood has improved lately and they should probably be ranked above aphi, but that may be controversial, so I’ll keep them together.
DG, DZ, AOPi – DZ has some girls who could fit into APhi or GPhi, but also some weird girls. DG and AOPi have a more wholesome vibe, they’re just not as popular on campus. Still solid houses tho, no hate.
KAT – They’ve been improving, but I still don’t think they’re anyone’s first choice.
SK – The house situation doesn’t do them any favors, but they also struggle with retention and have the lowest average GPA. There’s definitely room for improvement.

I’m sorry but Gphi a “hot” house? Their reputation is worse than Aphis and everyone knows they get girls even they had to decency to pass on, so yes, that opinion would be wildly controversial. Ranking Gphi above DZ is crazy too, when they’re essentially the same house except Gphi portrays themselves differently lol.

ZTA, PiPhi and APHi are at the top now with PM, Kappa, DDD and KD. These rush all the same girls, it’s just the OR houses pull the in state girls.

I’m going to disagree a bit. I think the drama (last year especially) with KD and her sister really impacted zeta’s recruitment and gave other houses a boost. Influencers that were members are bashing zta and APhi online about their experience and are giving Pi Phi some momentum. Popularity goes in cycles, but this is the trend for 2026.

I think ZTA has been on the decline for a few years thanks to KD. PiPhi and Adpi benefitted but I think now DZ and GPhi are gaining momentum especially now that Aphi is getting outed on TikTok.

zta and pm do not cross preference. you wish, zeta.
zta mostly cross preferences with gphi.
agree that adpi and piphi cross preference.
not a pm but they are a top house at bama.

Hey Facts no they aren’t. They have had to take entirely too many mid Midwest PNM’s the past few years.. They are not above AXo, Kappa, KD or Chi O. Going down hill since 2020 .

This is FunNy. Not a PM but some of you all sure are worried about them. Are you not a strong enough house on your own? I’m glad my house can stand on merit without trying to bring down another house. Pay attention PNM’s to the lack of Pan Love by about three houses here and steer clear of them.
