Instate girls going Alpha Phi

Is there a reason why some instate girls good Alpha phi? I've seen a lot of very pretty girls that seem like they would in Old Row sororities aren't. There friends have joined old row houses so why didn't they.

I loved APhi during rush. I knew I probably wasn't a fit and I didn't pref them but I looked forward to going to the APhi house. They are pretty girls and the ones that took me around during rush were really nice.
