NR Jefferson - These NR Jefferson houses have been on campus for a while, but there’s a big gap between Delt and Lambda Chi. There is a smaller gap between low tier University and DX and DTD however -

Lambda and Chi Phi are the last semi relevant fraternities. Better than Theta Xi , AKL , Sigma Pi ,Delta Sig, TKE or Sigma Tau Gamma, Much better than the bus hub or off campus fraternities. But they aren't great. Lambda did not have a very good class this fall. This is where you go if you aren't an absolute squid but can't get a better bid.
ZBT is unique and hard to categorize for obvious reasons.
