Honest ranks after recruitment

Most of the posts you see on here will rank AXO, XO and KD at the top and that is because these moms are the ones posting. It’s always been this way. I’m convinced AXO has someone whose job it is to continuously promote their house on GR.
They are a great house but being the best is subjective and this is true for every house. Do girls from Mobile and MB want AXO? No. Do girls from the west coast want AXO? No. But girls from Vestavia do and pageant girls do. Same with Zeta, which is also a great house. Southern girls don’t want Zeta, but west coast girls do.
It’s really impossible to say one house is the best because that won’t be the same for everyone.
Recruitment wise, these houses are typically desired by everyone as a house they’d like to keep returning to even if they don’t pref:
DDD, KKG, PM and ZTA

AXO and XO are more of a draw than DDD. DDD is mid and boring. PM is intriguing to everyone until you actually get in the house and see that they're boring too. ZTA is a draw across the board. KKG and KD are both fun but not the right fit for everyone. I think KKG has a broader appear than KD but that doesn't mean KD is any less fun for the right girl.

And ddd?? Yeah no. Also ZTA no. You have it wrong people want KKG CHIO PHI MU and or AXO to always want them back. It’s like the golden ticket.

AXO moms just can’t help themselves. They get very riled up if you say their daughters aren’t the best.

I am not sure what NR houses continue to omit AGD. Are we even at the same school ? Maybe that’s it. Maybe too many old people making comments and purposely butting them bottom. It is a a desired house. Yes, ZTA is too. So are many others ! Maybe it’s the hate of them dropping so many because grades matter. So what !! Others do the same !

Phi Mu and KD are very weak nationally. Their only good chapters are in the South.
