Sorority Tiers 2026

AXO, PM, XO
DDD, KKG, ZTA
These undoubtedly get the girls they want and are preferred by frats. They each excel at their own thing that no other sorority can touch. Fair to say they put a good rush and continue that momentum throughout the whole year.
KD, AGD, PI PHI
APHI, DZ, GPHI
These sororities have great rush and typically can be girls first choice. However, these are usually second choice sororities (with the exception of KD, but only taking girls from three high school doesn’t really count us “getting girls you want”) They lack one strong aspect, whether it be social, grades, involvement, or reputation. Frats still like them, and the first three definitely do well just not as strong as the others.
DG, AOII, THETA
SK, SDT, ADX
The sororities are typically last choice and don’t really have strong connections with getting well-rounded girls and having frat connections. They still built strong sisterhoods, but they are usually drop within the first round if possible. However, they aren’t just completely end-all-be-all bad. They still haven’t really redeeming qualities.

I’m a senior and know exactly 1 aopi. They may be one of the most irrelevant sororities as I never even hear about them.

AOII had an amazing rush this year! I have several friends who actually preffed them over multiple houses you have above them. I don’t understand the hate. Maybe the “senior” only knows one senior, but I know TONS of freshman who just pledged there and are excited about it. I dropped because I only had 2 houses (one above and one below) and didn’t feel either, but I’d say looking at the pledge classes this year? I’m not sure why you all continue to try to push some of these sororities down to the bottom except out of fear they really aren’t that high above them and these “low” houses are getting who they want, too.

I agree that AOII continues to get amazing girls, they have an amazing house, beautiful girls, involved girls from all over, and the tiresome ranking of Alpha Chi, boring Alpha Gam, and under-the-radar Chi O is so yesterday. I think that Pi Phi and DZ continue to rise like AOII as well. KD is only one to two cities and from OLD SCHOOL days of Bama. Kappa is much more interesting, and Zeta got hit with too much drama.
