I don’t know when you rushed but this is not true as of the last year or two. Most orgs have done away with their legacy policies. It gives you a slight leg up at first, but we dropped sister of an active sister last year second round (wasn’t a fit, both sisters knew it).

At 3 PM, actives are NOT on their phones and they’re actively participating in recruitment parties. Aka you are not an active. Move on.

Hey LOL your comment shows that you're not affiliated with a Greek organization and probably just one of those weird TT ladies. Not all actives are recruiting at every party so yes there are actives on their phone at 3 o'clock during recruitment week

lol,you definitely don't go here as you don't know how rush works.Actives may be at the house but they may go the whole day without talking to any pnms.The rest of the time you are sitting around waiting just bored.

i could see izzy in aphi but not at bamma...adpi is really, really, really surprising bc she is a HUGE PR risk and not someone Adpi nationals would want to associate with.

Respectfully, KD standing with her family vs. her sorority shows her strength of character, and a strong foundation in moral development.
Given that no one knows the details, if the sorority was not transparent to KD during this process - that would be highly unfortunate and a direct blow to their messaging around sisterhood and trust. Hard decisions need to be made - but to do them without transparency to your current sister is a terrible choice. Again- no one knows the details except the people actually involved.

To clarify - if she was not informed before the selection process began, and brought along by membership regarding key competencies needed this year vs. fit — and had to discover as a part of the usual process, as a contributor to the process - that’s an issue. And one that would be challenging to grapple with. Family first is what she’s messaging now, which i think everyone should respect.

She had SK, ADPi and APhi. She did not apparently show up to any party. This was all a big show to increase her following and strung you all along and y’all fell for it.
