You had 443 members at the end of fall semester. Then you added 16 new cob members in spring (more cobs than any house) and now you only have 414? Your 16 new cob members have a gpa of 2.35? SERIOUSLY? That means 45 dropped after fall and your 16 spring cobs had an AVERAGE gpa of 2.35?
Embarrassing.

Unfortunately we all have reps on this campus and there is truth to them. Mine is high school 2.0 even though I’m not from Alabama but I see why people say it. I don’t know aphis as we don’t go to same places but they are known for not being smart and not caring about sorority or their sisters . Even if not true for all it’s their rep. We all have them here . Horrible but true.

I think zta has more influencers than aphi, but they just have more of a balance with their girls. Because besides influencers, they have some really smart girls and they are very involved in the school. One of their girls was homecoming queen this year and I see them everywhere.

It might be a Zeta. Aphi got everyone they wanted from them last formal recruitment so that explains it. Look at the vids from bid day. Aphi got 95% of the influencers. I guess the couple of ones that went Zeta had 4.0 gpa?

Zta doesn’t have to defend themselves - aphi does. They don’t compete with aphi . Aphi just gets their leftovers. Who cares who aphi gets if they are poor quality - huge drops - 16 cob (largest of all sororities). In ‘21 and ‘22 aphi got more influencer girls then now but they dropped and articles online about them didn’t help. What was online caused a lot of girls to not want aphi last year . Look up a big influencer mc ‘22 that dropped. They are doing amazing without that sorority.

You are proving them right Zeta. The more you post the same thing over and over, day after day, the more ridiculous you look.
Everyone can see bid day vids and see who went where.
And Kkg, Kd, Ddd, Axo, Xo are still higher ranked than Zeta no matter now many rankings you post placing Zeta in the top row.

58.3% of students are from oos . What pnms are see is zta a lot on tik tok that is why so many girls are choosing zta first. They have no idea what old row is or care whether they are third generation kappas. So all these old row houses will slowly move down as long as Bama continues to get oos students. As a northern girl I knew zta was top because of girls they had and everything and that aphi was bad because they had pretty girls but not smart and not respected. I didn’t end up a zta but I still respect that they are top

Aphi got 95% of influencers ? What does that even mean and do sororities even want that? They sound like huge risks to me. Maybe this year aphi will learn their lesson and take some girls that have I don’t know halfway decent grades and have a little substance .

It’s the same with them every year. They drop especially by junior year because the girls mature and realize that there is more to life, maybe want a boy to like them for who they are instead of what they look like. Maybe realize the fraternity boys they wanted so badly to like them are also cheating on them. Maybe they have to get a job after college and want to be reigns other girls that study once in awhile and see the value of grades , or that a sorority should be about friendship not just what frat or bar are we going to tonight. That’s why a lot drop they just mature

That’s not true. The internship I have ( that I did get through Alabama) had a gpa min of 3.7. You can have fun here and still have goals. No ones gpa has to be perfect but for a whole sorority to have such a low gpa and the 16 cobs having a 2.35 we can obviously see they weren’t selective at all. To just be known as the party sorority gets old quickly and that’s a reason why some drop

My experience is they break up right before graduation or right after, girl realizes she wasted her years on a cheating bf and looked the other way just so she could say she was dating hot frat boy, she then also has a low gpa so is left with nothing.

This is a copied and pasted comment from another thread. If you were really a sophomore you would know their rep here and also how many girls drop after the fall and after sophomore year. Also if you were close to aphis you would have received a spring cob. They clearly took anyone that was breathing no care of grades or standards. I would say as a sophomore you need to make better choices - pick any other house.

No one has sympathy for aphi except for their moms. They did this to themselves. Zta does not need gr. If you ask most girls what sorority they know from oos they will say zta. Ztas sisters have been posting great content over the summer.

Their rep is party girls, lot of influencers, very social, a looks house, many oos.
Agd, Axo, Xo, Piphi, ADPi are gpa houses.
Kd, Pm, Ddd, Kkg are a mix. Top row houses. Very Alabama.
Zeta is a party house. Has recently upped their gpa status. Was a looks house but more emphasis on gpa than social now.
