I'm not sure there is a defined top two, but if there were, I don't know many people that would put DKE in it. Like everybody has said, Delta Chi sucks so hard I'm not sure who keeps saying their good. Swap them and Phi Delt and this seems like what a lot of people think to me.

if anything Phi Delt and Fiji are too high, I don't think anyone except Phi Delt and their girlfriends would put them in the top 8.
