by: WillowWha Tia the point lf work week? If everyone in the sorority has to be there what are the other people doing if they aren’t dressing up?

Work week has never been about dressing up, that's only the hype that y'all see. It's prep for recruitment, which is the most important thing that any chapter does all year. And it IS work. Members who have never rushed on the other side have an awful lot to learn and practice, and every member is required to be there because every member has to help with recruitment. Experienced members help train the new ones, and everyone has to learn about the pnm's they will be meeting and get a refresher on rushing basics.
