What sororities allow men in as a sister? I know KKG and Chi O have been in the news lately. Do other sororities allow this as well?

No sorority will extend a bid to an individual who lives and identifies as a man. Most Panhellenic sororities will even draw the line at non-binary individuals because they need to identify as a woman to be considered eligible for membership.
