Up-and-coming Houses
by: WonderingJust wondering what everyone's opinion is on which houses will be the most popular during recruitment this year, aside from the "usuals." I'm interested to see who the new up-and-coming houses are.

Definitely Zeta is having a strong moment. They will be very desirable during recruitment. They had a few strong pledge classes, improved on grades and their retention has been solid. Social media has definitely been strong for them. They are a house to watch.
I would also like to see SK improve for the reasons the #1 poster wrote. If they do well Bama could see another new sorority and I would love that for Bama.

Seriously the ranks are the same now as they were in the 1920s. These NJ and OH girls come here thinking they can pledge a bottom house and it will suddenly be top. 💀

The way student demographics are shifting, OR will be a fan favorite by half the PNMs and the other half won’t understand. PiPhi is rising fast because of the changing demographics.
OR that is willing to evolve into a personality outside of Deep South stereotypes will make gains. DDD is doing that pretty effectively.

They’re a very basic house, so they’ll do well with very basic girls.
