Ranks by a Non-Southern Active

As an Active that is not from a Southern State, these are my ranks.
I am not including KKG, KD, AXO or XO in my ranks because so few OOR PNMs will get bids from them that it's not even worth putting them in a rank for a OOR PNM to consider. You will get cut from these houses and once you understand how they are, you will be ok with that.
Top: DDD, PM, Zeta
Middle: PiPhi, ADpi, DZ, Theta, AGD
Bottom: Aphi, Gphi, AOpi, SK, DG
I would not rank within the tiers because different house means different vibe and vibes will be attractive to different PNMs.
The bottom houses were placed on that tier because of different sisterhood problems, retention problems, or just aren't popular socially.

I love that you kept KKG, KD, AXO and XO off the list entirely. They are totally irrelevant to girls that are not from the deep South and frats that aren't also full of Southern dudes. OR shouldn't be shocked that the non-AL and non-GA girls don't want to be in these houses...and these houses don't want us. It works out for everyone.

Really? I am not a Theta but my roommate is and their house and sisterhood seem pretty great. I don't get the Theta being a bottom house thing.
