I agree with moving them down because they have had to CoB in the past couple. You don't see the others in the "top" list have to do that.....

KKG has fallen as proven by their low return rate last year. Girls chose houses other than Kappa, leading to their small pledge class. PNMs, particularly OOS, wanted houses other than kappa. They can turn it around if they don’t make ridiculously deep cuts in very early rounds, but for now, they are lower in the ranks.

Once again for the people in the back, Kappa had a full pledge class. All you have to do is look at the Panhellenic grade report that shows membership totals. You can also look at cob lists. I’m sure they will make sure everyone is outside before they ever take a bid day photo again.
