APhi is not a bottom tier house

I’m sorry but APhi is not a bottom tier house. People keep ranking KD top but APhi is way better than KD. KD is mean and only desired by a small group of girls, it’s easy to have high retention rates when it’s just girls from the same neighborhood. KD gets no attention from PiKapp, Pike, Theta Chi like APhi does. Alpha aphis also have a much better reputation on campus than KD than most people let on. It’s the KD mommies being insecure for their daughters and taking it out in more attractive chapters.
