sigep greekrank grind is crazy

its crazy how in a couple of years a "top" fraternity can become completely dysfunctional and not know how to throw. its also crazy when you realize that they literally force their pc (looking at you SigEp) to bump them on greekrank lmao.

Sig Ep has never been a top house. A good decent house maybe. They once had a nice house on University. Not really known for their parties. But they disappeared off campus for a number of years (not even sure why) and are only just recently back.
