Some of those cities have a ridiculous cost of living, especially NYC and San Francisco. Without any criteria as to why you think these are 'best places', this list means nothing.

Charolette?? You won't get a job anywhere with this spelling and knowledge of geographical terms.

You get a job in the field you have chosen and go where the job is. OP is no expert except in trying to get cred in something they clearly aren't qualified.

Chicago frrrrr I love it here it's the best city in the country imo. Gorgeous architecture, SO clean (nyc could never), so many different kinds of neighborhoods and vibes, amazing bar scenes and food, lake michigan so accessible and it feels and looks like an ocean, super walkable, cool people. absolutely love it 10/10

Want to add that with national media coverage, everyone thinks Chicago is absolutely riddled with crime everywhere. Unfortunately there is a lot of crime but it's mostly contained to specific areas of the city and most popular neighborhoods don't encounter it - I haven't and have been here for a while.
