I get what u mean but I feel like kd is top more than axo… they have a harder rush, hang w better frats, and are more social/go out more. I agree tho that axo has better academics and involvement but I think that just comes down to personal preference between the two.

Kappa and KD as top 2 and AXO and Pi Phi that low scream Mountain Brook mommy. AXO is undoubtedly top and Pi Phi has separated themselves from ADPi and DZ. But you haven’t been here in 30 years to see that change.

Nope. I agree pi phi could go higher but I didn’t want to give them their own tier and I don’t think they’re on par with lower top houses. Also I literally said I wasn’t ranking in order. Tbh if I had to choose I’d say tri delt is above kd anyway, I just didn’t write it out like that lmao
