How strict is the school with fraternities?
by: CfHello! I’m just wondering how strict the university and the ifc is with your guys parties! I’m asking because I attend the university of Arizona and I’m running for my ifc board and I feel our school is super draconian with frats and parties because of our history of hazing and wild parties getting out of hand? Can frats here get away with hazing and do y’all do wristbands and hire security for parties? And do y’all have to register parties with the ifc or university in advance? I’m just curious because I feel our school has gotten so strict and I wanted to see how other schools with on campus houses run their Greek system.

Not in a frat but its pretty strict imo, parties have to be registered ahead of time with the university and there's a capacity. UAPD shuts parties down A LOT, even if they just look crowded or if there's a long line. Also no university frats haven't thrown in over a month.
