I agree more with this ranking than initial post, but with a few comments.
1. Each house is interchangeable on the level
2. I feel APhi moves to upper mid
3. AGD moves to mid, but close to upper mid

Everyone knows that aphi is a bottom tier house that is so desperate to climb up social ranks. They DO HAVE SERIOUS RETENTION ISSUES and face high drop out rates every single semester
