You know what I see as an active member in a top ranked house? Ugliness! I’m just going to tell you this once but I rushed K at our house and she was very genuine very articulate and I found her to be quite personable. We wanted her. She most def is the whole package and all of you mocking her for getting zeta in my opinion are just salty AF. One girl doesn’t make or break a house but they also got quite a few others we wanted as well. To be honest y’all better watch your backs and start recruiting better because they absolutely have moved up whether you want to recognize the FACT or not. Things do change and relying on past reps is surely a quick trip to the bottom.

You have AGD twice...I think they should be Tier 1.5....not quite top and a bit higher than Tier 2.

I think DZ has a really good PC class this year, kinda similar to ADPi, so I'd put them on the same tier
