bid from old row v new row

by: G

Im from Georgia and I plan on rushing this fall at UA. Do you have to be from bama in order to get a bid tom an old row fraternity? Are the old row and new row fraternities really that different?

Being from Georgia you have higher chance than most to get an old row bid, all things equal

What about if I'm from Texas. Does that help with old row

I would say no, for the most part. Maybe if you already know some actives somehow then you've got a better chance

Old row is not too much different than the older new row houses.

Word up, Drew. Would you quit beating around the bush and let us know how you really feel? I mean, come on man, come out with it!

If you go to a top new row house like Theta Chi or PiKapp there probably wouldn't be that much of a difference. Maybe Pike and Sigma Chi too.

Alright Pi Kapp it's a Friday, let's not get too silly and call yourselves top of new row

Pi Kapp is top of new row behind OX and maybe DX, unless I'm confusing how top works? They're better than Pike, Beta, SX, LXA, ZBT, ATO, DTD, and Kappa Sig, so among top of new row is fair.
