KD and AGD are both significantly better than ZTA. ZTA is the least respected house on campus besides Alpha Phi.

KD and Zeta are apples to oranges.
KD are small-town southern girls, all the same. Zetas are girls from across the nation. Open minded, fun and modern.

Did you just try to say KDs are all the same? Have you seen Zeta? KD has a variety of girls - variety in their looks, interests, etc. If you look up “basic sorority girl” in the dictionary it’s literally Zeta.

Zetas are modern? Zetas are stuck in the 2000s. Fake tan, fake lashes, hair extensions, lip fillers, colored contacts, etc. If 2006 was a person it would be a Zeta.

Did you joining a sorority to be social? If you are then Zeta is definitely top. Start warming up to it whether you like it or not. Not one person I went through recruitment with chose their house because of retention rates, grades, COB numbers, or any of the ridiculous lists I read on here. It was all social reasons and how the house looked on a whole. It's just a fact.

Not true at all. The vast majority of girls rushing are looking for those things in their sorority. No one wants to join a house where 1/3 of their pledge class drops out after freshman year. Look at the pic of Zeta’s senior class on their bar crawl last year. Then look at the senior classes in other houses. They’re 2-3 times larger.

I could list off things I know about in many of the sororities that is not cool and in poor taste. Not one group is perfect.
