Popular consensus (no order within tiers):
Top: DKE, SNU, Phi Delt, Pi Kapp
Upper: SAE, Phi Gam, Pike, KA
Upper Mid: Sigma Chi, Theta Chi
Mid: ATO, SigEp, DTD, Delta Chi
Lower Mid: Beta, Lambda Chi, Phi Psi, Kappa Sig
Lower: Chi Phi, ZBT
Lower Bottom: Rest of Jefferson
Bottom: Bus hub
Below Bottom: Off-campus
Mid/Lower Mid is more fluid — houses will bounce up and down between themselves, so harder to pin down.
Similarly, Top/Upper can get some movement between themselves, with the occasional flex from Upper Mid.

some social media dude from an OR or lower/mid fraternity trying to troll reality. Take a look at the various rankings postings from past couple years and you can see where the houses are generally stacking up.
