Top: DKE, SNU, Phi Delt, Pi Kapp

Upper: SAE, Phi Gam, Pike, KA

Upper Mid: Sigma Chi, Theta Chi

Mid: ATO, SigEp, DTD, Delta Chi

Lower Mid: Beta, Lambda Chi, Phi Psi, Kappa Sig

Lower: Chi Phi, ZBT

Lower Bottom: Rest of Jefferson

Bottom: Bus hub

Below Bottom: Off-campus



Mid/Lower Mid is more fluid — houses will bounce up and down between themselves, so harder to pin down.

Similarly, Top/Upper can get some movement between themselves, with the occasional flex from Upper Mid.

No Jefferson house is better than a University house. Plus, you clearly not looked at any actual metric data on house sizes, grades, or achievements.

The Fraternity rankings are no longer old row versus new row but University versus Jefferson. If your house is on Jefferson you are old news.
