Top: DKE, SNU, Phi Delt, Pi Kapp

Upper: SAE, Phi Gam, Pike, KA

Upper Mid: Sigma Chi, Theta Chi

Mid: Beta, SigEp, DTD, Delta Chi

Lower Mid: ATO, Lambda Chi, Phi Psi, Kappa Sig

Lower: Chi Phi, ZBT

Lower Bottom: Rest of Jefferson

Bottom: Bus hub

Below Bottom: Off-campus

This is pretty much what the tiers for fraternities have always historically been. Though you could maybe move ATO up one.
