POLL: Why does ZTA have “retention issues”!?

There are more issues than you can include in a multiple choice survey. Obvi grades and lack of sisterhood have an impact.
Also, Zeta doesn’t offer much opportunity to upperclassmen so there’s no incentive to stay for four years. Other houses have connections to get their girls involved in campus politics, honor societies, clubs/orgs for their major, internships, entry level jobs after graduation, etc. Zetas aren’t as well-connected on campus as the top houses are, so they can’t offer their juniors and seniors enough reasons to stick around.

To put things in perspective a bit here: everyone talks about how ato and sig ep are the ‘grades’ frats and some joke they might as well be service clubs because of that (silly/stupid argument, btw). Well, ZTA has higher grades than either of them. Let me repeat that. ZTA has a higher gpa! Seems pretty silly to use this as a dig now, eh?

Love that you brought up that point!
Should we start calling other groups out by name and their members who have literally become bum members? There are so many juniors and seniors that just sit on their bums in all of the houses. I know some girls that take summer classes just to try their best to get out of work week. Are they any better than the Zetas you bash?
