As a KD alum we need to begin recruiting beyond Alabama/South. We are too conservative in our scope to compete with the chapters that successfully attract top pnms from outside the South. It’s time to change in order to keep up. We have alienated too many during recruitment and there is a backlash to being this way for too long.
