Why is pi phi ranked so low?

Why do people keep ranking pi phi so low? Am I missing something?

Because 85% of the rankings on here are made by ZTA and pi phi is their only real competition for top of new row

All of the houses are filled with happy, amazing women. These rankings are old meemaws and lonely mammas who want to feel good about their own daughters. Many on outdated, others are bold faced lies. Our worst, least desirable house at Bama is home to the best of the best at other schools.

Pi Phi is way more respected on campus than ZTA is. When I think of ranks I always have PBP as the top new row house. They are so much more well rounded than the FDAU house.
