Real Deal w old vs new row

Ok so hi! I have been following Rushtok. I went to a school in the north. I just am so confused by new vs old row.
It seems like a lot of “new row” houses would be considered the top tier bc they have gorgeous, involved girls. Are all the old row houses REALLY considered top tier? From what I’ve seen… yikes

History keeps these houses on top but with the massive influx of OOS girls, things are changing and they’re changing fast. There are a few new row houses that are better than some of the old row houses at this point. I wouldn’t be surprised if things continue trending this way. No PNM genuinely cares about old row anymore
