Theta ranking middle
by: ranksafter this new theta PC is rank them lower middle tier. probably below g phi. i think they did pretty well, thoughts?

They did really good for theta but come on. If pretty much any other house got the PC they did y’all would be calling mediocre at best. This PC has definitely not pushed them to middle. Theta is improving and if they keep building on their momentum they could be solid middle by the time the new girls are seniors.
