Top Tiers Sororities?

So from what I can tell, kappa, chi o, axo, agd, and tri delt are all also top tier with zeta and phi mu. Why don’t people talk more about the tiktok girls going to these houses if they’re also top? & actually there’s usually more buzz about houses like adpi and aphi than kkg, xo, axo, ddd, & agd ?
