Chances of receiving a bid out of state

Hi! I’m a rising HS senior, and considering moving to the south for college but I currently live in the mid Atlantic area. If I rushed at Alabama, could I still get a bid even though I’m from up north? I have a perfect GPA and good extracurriculares and all that but I’ve seen some negativity that’s just made me nervous. I’m not worried about getting into a “top” house, just looking to find my place:) Thanks!!

Honestly you should try at a different school. This cattiness isn’t worth it.

And if you’re from the mid Atlantic region UMD and UVA are better schools so……………….

Yes I like UVA!! Bama is just on my list and I haven’t gotten much information about it so thanks!

Ignore the tik tok ogres. Alabama is a great school, you’ll love it here. There are girls from all across the country in every house. As long as you have recommendation letters, a good resume, and a high GPA, you’ll be fine.
