Both amazing houses, you are truly very lucky. I’d say go Zeta if you’re more laid back, like to have fun, and less concerned about materialistic things. I’d go Phi Mu if you fit the more southern, pageant girl vibe, and want to be pretty exclusive towards other houses. You can’t go wrong with either.

Kappa is one of my final two. I'm oos - should this impact my decision? I heard from other girls there are cliques with in state girls.

Tbh, kappa and KD are both like this. They’re extremely cliquey sororities

My best friend was an oos/oor kappa. She tried to meet and talk to people and even lived in house sophomore year, but all the instate girls lived on one floor with overflow onto the other. The oos girls that lived in house always felt left out. She only ended up staying kappa all four years because she hopes to use it for connections post college, but she has maybe like 1 friend that she would only talk to at date parties. She told me she felt more comfortable at my house and would skip her fried Fridays to come hang out with our other friends that were in the same house as me.
Honestly, if you are getting a cliquey vibe sense, go with your gut but if you truly feel like you fit in best there, go kappa. Just thought I’d share a real story.
