Need to know!!!
by: PleaseI know some houses prioritize grades vs other qualities. I keep seeing who is “top grades”. Is there a way to find out who is bottom grades??This is important to me.

Alpha phi was last for spring 22 and SK was last for fall 21. WhT are you talking about? Also a 3.44 is above all undergraduate average so their average gpa is better than all other undergrads. Go lie down 😴

I know. And you have losers on this forum calling girls dumb for not having a 4.0, when you don’t take into account their major, or just the fact that getting medium grades in college is actually Normal and ok! Like all of the GPAs above the undergrad average is amazing and shows that they ARE above average and therefore smart!

I agree GPA is very important going to college and rush but damn no one will care after you get your first job what your GPA is. My brother is only 24 and changing jobs for the first time and was told to take his GPA off his resume because it looks childish.

The real question is how much do YOU prioritize grades? Every house has girls on the Dean's list and with 4.0. The average GPA of your house shouldn't impact your personal effort and goals. Did all of your friends in HS stay inside and study and get a 4.0, or did you manage to have a social life and academic success with a variety of people?

Yes! Like I did not work hard in high school but still got pretty good grades (3.5). I only cared about grades to get into college/make my parents happy, not enough that I’d be willing to really like kill myself working here. We aren’t here a long time! 4 years flies by.
I’m in a sorority not at the top or bottom of grades and am still happy with my work load/effort and my friends I’ve made. I have the liberty to not have to choose between fun and grades because of my major too.
But some people want to get the 4.0! And that’s great!

3.44?
Dead last. Takes a lot of work to be that low. Wonder how many of their pledge class actually managed to flunk out? Quite a hard thing to do here too.
