KD will snap bid

Alpha phi will guaranteed COB. Other houses likely to COB are SK, ZTA, DZ, Theta

Alpha Phi is having a great recruitment and traditionally they get quota during formal rush. Will have to see what they final house count is.

ZTA is trying to compete with higher up houses so they may have spots left open.

SK is still building so it is no reflection on them if they have open spots.

Agree on GPhi, DZ, AOPi, ADPi, possibly Theta.

Any group that had a lot of people not return over the summer may have open spots. Hard to know at this point who those are.

Just a heads up if this is where your head is at, if a group dropped you during regular rush there’s a big chance they won’t extend you a cob bid also.

This should not be a strategy for any pnm who is thinking about dropping. Your snap choices will not be any better than the houses you already have left. Same with COB, the houses that dropped you aren't going to turn around and offer you a bid, you would have to sit out fall semester and wait and see what happens in spring.
