Rushing as a 22 year old freshmen

I’ll be going back to college next year as an older freshmen (previously dropped out and took a year off)
Would it be strange for me to rush age 22 at bama? I’ll be a freshmen tho

It’s only weird if you make it weird. In convos in the rounds you don’t have to mention it. If asked, just answer.

There are always exceptions (Lauren), but honestly, you might have more success at a less traditional school.

Your new member class would be almost all girls straight out of high school, and the girls your own age already have their solid close friend groups and are getting ready to graduate so not really that active if they are active at all. Plus the swaps and date nights are with the younger fraternity boys because the ones your age are also getting ready to graduate and not that active. It would be difficult for you to find a good peer group and that's a lot of money to spend for not getting a full experience. A smaller school might be a better fit for you.
