Kappa, KD: these girls only want the ones they know. Look for money and status. Very southern
AXO, XO, AGD: look for well rounded smart girls. Typically very religious. Very southern but a few girls from other regions
Phi Mu, Tri Delt: a little less exclusive when it comes to the others but typically you need connections but look for the more fun social butterfly type. Still southern but have more out of region girls

Give me a break! A lot of these listed houses are some of the biggest back stabbing / fake houses out there. Ugh! Too much drama with these girls.
