Top houses don’t lose that many girls from freshman year to senior.

@Umm DUH! Their house as a whole is small with all of the scandals and drama they have had the past couple of years.

As long as they don’t see and admit the big issues nothing will change. They will keep on with their looks based recruitment (their VBR) and will get blonde skinny girls with blunt personalities who will keep them in trouble.

The three keys to any organization's livelihood are Recruitment, Recognition, and Retention. ZTA is one of the best at recruiting new girls. They really lack at recognizing the accomplishments of their sisters and they absolutely fail at retaining their members long-term. They spend so much time "sweeping" the row as they call it that they are too exhausted to do anything else.

What was the point of this?
Zeta is an amazing house that anyone would be honored to be part of. Stop trying to tear down other houses just because you feel threatened or got dropped by them during rush. I personally know a lot of ZTA's who just don't graduate on the same timeline, whether that be earlier or later than their PC.
Says a lot that you pay so much attention that you're looking into their senior class bar crawl. Let them have fun without hating just because their graduating class is smaller than your house might be.
And what is a GreekRank post gonna do? This won't dissuade PNM's from wanting ZTA (sometimes much more so than they want OR...) and it won't change anything.
You're obsessed. Move on and grow up please.

This year's pledge class was their best yet. Great friendships. They put on an amazing recruitment and will be just fine. Don't try to intimidate.

I agree, that's why I am defending them. I wasn't intimidating at all...
They have an amazing group of PCs and their next one will be amazing as well.
