Is Phi Mu the most bougie sorority here?

I looked over their insta and the girls there are flowing with all kinds of luxury and designer brands. They seem to have a great taste in fashion and look very classy. It seems like they are also somewhat diverse and have good grades. What’s the vibe about them? Where do they usually get their designer items from?
