KD and OOS girl

Why is everyone saying KD only takes bama girls and somehow every KD i know of is OOS? Like, you’re pretty much just trying to scare non-bama PNMs to want/aim for KD

So you know the few Southern girls from Southern states other than AL that are KD? Ummm, I don’t think that makes their house geographically diverse. It’s not. And KD is totally ok with that. KD is not top because of it.

KD is NOT diverse. KD is mainly Alabama girls. And that is ok. I really liked them during recruitment (I am OOS). I was dropped. So glad I was as my friend not from Alabama is miserable.

KD has out-of-state girls, so we have to stop saying they don't, but they treat their out-of-state girls like crap and exclude them from events. They use the OOS girls as filler. This is why their house is dropping ranks rapidly.

Roommate was a kappa and they had a list of girls from alabama who were able to get drinks from a tab while the non-Alabama girls couldn’t THIS WAS LAST YEAR

I don't see the point of giving girls bids if they're just going to treat them like that? Why not just cut those girls during rush if they don't want them or give bids to more in-state girls that they can include?

Otherwise they could not keep their member totals up. They need the filler girls but do not put much effort to get to know them. Might bite them in the ass the next years.
