There is no best to worst. It’s a matter of personal preference.

All the Old Row fraternities are good.

All of the University houses are good. But some are not as involved or don’t have the tradition of others and this includes some Jefferson houses.....

Some of the Jefferson houses are good. ..Based mostly off their involvement on campus, tradition, social calendar.
