I loved lakeside. A lot of frat boys seem too live there. It’s next to pres gym but closer to the ferg/classes than pres also right next to dining hall and dunkin. Same layout in rooms as pres but better managed since it’s much smaller

pres, riverside, lakeside. A lot of girls go for tut. New tut should open this fall, too.

Couple tips: Pay the deposit to reserve your picking slot even if you are considering other schools. Also, if you are a guy get an earlier bama bound session in the summer. If you wait until early august some of the stronger fraternities may be full. They still may take the right candidate, of course, but your options will decline.
