random question. when the cutoff for actives to stop talking to PNMS happen are u not allowed to talk to them at all? or just not ask questions ab rush/sororites?

No active is allowed to communicate in any way with PNM's unless they are on the active's 'normal contact list' of 5 people. IF PNM's have questions they can talk to a Rho Chi.
