Use of pins/badges

I’m from out of state and very seriously considering UA and rushing a sorority. My older brother’s fraternity chapter “doesn’t do badges,” according to him (he doesn’t go to UA). Do all the sororities use pins/badges? It’s an odd question I know but some I’ve seen are so nice, so was curious if not having or using one was a thing.

Yes I’m pretty sure they all have pins/badges that you normally get during initiation
