I'm only answering this weird OP because I think it will help all the creepy fraternity boys on this site who like to evaluate our sororities by how "hawt" they are.

1. We don't invite girls to be our sisters because anonymous guys think they're the "hawt" ones
2. We plan to live in the house with these girls, be around them everyday for 4 years, confide in them, work with them, graduate with them, and giggle with them when we're old.
3. That's why we pick girls we like, not girls you think are "hawt."
